These terms govern access to and use of R-TITAN. By accessing the console you confirm you have read and accepted them.

Product preview
R-TITAN is a restricted-access preview provided for development and evaluation purposes. It is not a commercial service, carries no guaranteed service levels, and may be changed or suspended without notice.
Access
Access is personal and restricted to expressly authorised accounts. Credentials must not be shared. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and must promptly report any unauthorised access.
Permitted use
The service may be used to upload and analyse documentation for which you hold the necessary rights. You may not upload unlawful material, documents subject to restrictions that prevent processing, or third-party content without authorisation.
Service limits
At this stage the service is a restricted-access pilot. The analysis engine is connected to the platform and runs missions on public or synthetic documents, producing outputs that are not certified; the analysis of confidential documents is not yet qualified. No function should be considered available unless actively indicated as such.
Nature of results
Outputs produced by the system are analysis support tools. They do not constitute legal advice, professional consultancy, compliance certification or attestation of correctness. Every decision remains subject to the assessment of a qualified professional, who retains responsibility for it.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. Continuity, absence of errors, completeness of results and fitness for a particular purpose are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, all liability for damages arising from use of the service during this preview phase is excluded.
Ownership
The software, trademark, architecture and documentation of R-TITAN remain the property of the owner. Documents you upload remain yours: we acquire no title to them and do not use them for purposes other than delivering the service.
Suspension
Access may be suspended or revoked in case of use not compliant with these terms, risk to the security of the service, or at the end of the preview phase.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts. Continued use after such communication constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
Italian law applies. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the owner's place of residence, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
Document drafted during the preview phase. It will be replaced by complete contractual terms before commercial opening of the service.
